We also offer leather portfolios, wallets, belts, passport covers, watch boxes and laptop bags for men. These are handcrafted in the finest Indian and Italian leathers keeping style and durability in mind.

 

Are all IMAGES products hand-made?

Each and every IMAGES product is hand-made. All the leather chattais are hand woven and a majority of the wedding and evening bags are hand-embroidered. The use of the finest leathers, silks and brocades along with the application of age-old techniques, provides a rich and sophisticated look to all IMAGES products.

 

Does IMAGES offer free delivery?

IMAGES is pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders placed through this website, for delivery within India.

 

Does IMAGES deliver out of India?

At the moment, IMAGES delivers within India only.

All IMAGES products are sold in Indian Rupees (INR).

 

Who is IMAGES' shipping partner?

IMAGES has partnered with FedEx, TrackOn Couriers and Delhivery. Each of them are trusted pan-India delivery companies.

 

How many days does it take for IMAGES to ship a product after having received the order?

Once an order is received and processed, the ordered items will be shipped out promptly. Delivery time is between 7 to 10 days through a trusted courier service. IMAGES ships 6 days of the week. However, orders will not be processed on Sundays, public holidays or force majeure events such as an act of God, war, strike, riots, floods, earthquake etc.

 

What payment methods does IMAGES accept online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and debit cards as well as net banking transfers.

IMAGES can change the shipping address only if the order has not been shipped. Once the ordered good(s) has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

 

How can I modify/cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed, IMAGES cannot ensure that such order is modified as per your requirements. In order to modify your order, your order must be cancelled and a new order must be placed on this website. In order to cancel an order, contact IMAGES via email at response@imagesbags.com with your order number and contact details, including your full name, preferred contact number and preferred email address, with the words 'Request for Cancellation of Order' in the subject line ("Cancellation Request"). IMAGES shall cancel the order provided, the order has not been dispatched at the time of receipt of your email. If an order has been dispatched, IMAGES will be unable to cancel the same. In case of successful cancellation, the entire amount paid to IMAGES will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) days, excluding all Sundays and public holidays. Any request for cancellation shall be deemed successful only upon IMAGES sending the appropriate customer an email, in response to the relevant Cancellation Request, stating that the order has been successfully cancelled.
